• Shipping Time: Orders with payment completed before 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday, will be shipped as early as the same day; orders placed after this time will be shipped the next day.

• Holiday Processing: Shipping is suspended on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Orders will be prioritized and processed on the next business day.

• Logistics Lead Time:
  General urban areas: Delivery typically takes about 1-2 days after shipping (as early as the next day).
  Peak seasons: During post-holiday periods or festive peak seasons, please conservatively allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

• Scheduled Delivery: Due to unified scheduling by shipping companies, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. Please ensure someone is available at the recipient address to receive the package.

• Logistics Pipeline: All products from our company are directly shipped from the central warehouse logistics to ensure ample supply and inventory quality.

• Store Restrictions: To maintain logistics operational efficiency, we currently do not offer in-store pickup service.

• Packaging Type: Film width is approximately 120cm to 150cm.
  Loose Material: Rolled with dedicated protective outer packaging (no box packaging).
  Roll Material (Whole Roll): Packaged in standard dedicated hard-shell cardboard boxes.

• In-Stock Availability: All product specifications available for order on the official website are in stock.

• Installation Estimation:
  Raw material sales do not include installation material quantity estimation services. Customers are responsible for accurately estimating the required quantity before placing an order and confirming that the model, color, and quantity are correct before proceeding.
  For material quantity estimation, please contact our film installation department for a quote that includes both materials and labor.

• Additional Orders: If additional materials are needed after an order has been placed, it will be treated as a "new order." The minimum order quantity remains 1m (meter) per item, and shipping costs will be calculated independently.

• Project Scheduling: Both ordering and shipping follow standard operating procedures. We recommend customers prepare materials 3-5 days in advance to avoid delays in your project schedule.

• Delivery Method: The invoice will be issued within 7 business days after the order payment is completed. Our company will send it via email as an electronic invoice.

• Inspection upon receipt:
  Please inspect the outer packaging immediately upon receipt for any damage.
  If there are any defects or missing materials, please **[be sure to take photos/videos for record-keeping]** and notify customer service within three days of receipt for confirmation. Overdue notifications will be considered as acceptance without issue.

• Model verification: After opening the package, please first verify that the label part number and color match your order. **Once the film material has been cut, its backing removed, or applied, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.**

• Color difference factors: Due to different monitor display color differences, it is recommended to refer to a color swatch or actual samples. If a return or exchange is requested due to personal perception of color difference, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and ensuring the product remains intact.

• Loose materials sold after cutting are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect in the film material itself.
