Ordering Instructions:
1. Before placing an order, please double-check that the style and quantity are correct. Once the order is confirmed, we will arrange for material procurement and delivery on working days.
2. Raw material sales do not include construction material estimation. Please assess your required quantity yourself before placing an order. If additional materials are needed after an order is placed, please place a separate order.
3. Invoices will be sent separately within 7 working days after payment.
Acceptance Instructions:
1. Please inspect the goods within three days of arrival. If you have any issues, please contact the official customer service LINE. (e.g., incorrect items or quantities, defects...)
2. If no issues are reported within three days of arrival, the goods will be considered accepted.
3. If there are any issues with the film material, please ensure that the packaging remains intact: the shipping box and packaging bag. The film must also be undamaged by cutting or scratching to be eligible for after-sales replacement service. Otherwise, the film will be considered damaged or used.
