Ordering Instructions:
1. Before placing an order, please carefully check that the style and quantity are correct. After the order is confirmed, we will arrange material preparation and delivery for you on working days.
2. Raw material sales do not include construction material estimation. Please estimate the required quantity yourself before placing an order. If additional materials are needed after placing an order, please place a separate order.
3. Invoices will be sent separately within 7 working days after payment.
Acceptance Instructions:
1. Please inspect the goods within three days of arrival. If you have any problems, please contact our official customer service LINE. (e.g., incorrect items or quantities, defects...)
2. If no issues are raised after three days of arrival, the acceptance will be considered complete.
3. If there are any problems with the film material, please keep the packaging intact: the shipping outer box and packaging bag, and ensure the film material is not cut or scratched, before we can provide after-sales replacement service. Otherwise, the film material will be considered damaged or used.
